The DSISD Grant helps fund programs that prepare our children for the demands of a modern world, such as the District’s 21st Century Learning Initiatives.
Your Education Foundation donated $161,074 to DSISD. A generous $105,889 supported Innovative Teaching Grants, $27,636 funded Student Leadership Grants, and $13,843 in Nick LeFevre Community Youth Fund grants also benefitted the district. Additional grants to the Texas Pioneer Foundation: Colonial Williamsburg Grants of $6,800, and Teacher of the Term support of $3,500 rounded out the final total. It is the generosity of our many donors and volunteers that has made this entirely possible!
