Mental Health Services Initiative

After the first week of December, we’ve achieved 33% of our goal to help families, like Jahna’s. The mental health initiative is so important for our district and we need your help to continue funding and growing this program along with the need in our community.

Our $10,000 match continues through December 31st. Help us maximize this gift to its fullest extent by making a donation. Every donation received today through the end of the month will be matched, up to $10,000. That means you can double your impact by making a gift TODAY!

Will you please consider a year-end gift to support the mission of Dripping Springs Education Foundation to provide more students with better opportunities? We need your help to reach our goal by December 31st. Every dollar counts and every gift matters!

Almost two years ago, the Dripping Springs Education Foundation launched a campaign to fund an existing need within Dripping Springs ISD – the Mental Health Services Initiative. We’re extremely proud of the professionals we’re funding at all seven DSISD campuses. They are working tirelessly to provide access and support to the students they serve. (To read more about our COVID-19 and an update from these professionals, click here.)

However, we know that prior to COVID-19 counselors were already overwhelmed by the demand. On February 21st, we debuted the below video outlining the current need to do more to serve the needs of our students.

The need is greater than ever before due to the mental health impact COVID-19 has had on our students, families, and communities. We must expedite our fundraising efforts and prepare for the influx of students and families who will need additional mental health support.

Today, we are asking you to go ALL IN!

What does it mean to go ALL IN? ALL IN is a commitment to educators and students; classrooms and campuses; communities and families, to do whatever it takes to ensure our kids have access to vital mental health services. We’re asking you, a supporter of educators and students in DSISD, to make a monthly pledge that is meaningful to you and your family. This monthly gift will be utilized to support mental health services so that all students have an opportunity to lead a happy and healthy life.

$10/month = $120/year

$25/month = $300/year

$50/month = $600/year

$100/month = $1,200/year

We need your support today!

Our goal of raising $75,000 to expedite mental health funding requires the generosity of 625 caring community members, like YOU, to commit $10/month. Will you help us reach our goal and provide life-saving support to DSISD students?

Go ALL IN today!
